Job Description:
Evaluate clients & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently.
Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them.
Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records.
Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current New York State PT License.
Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
